Our Commitment

We hold ourselves and each other accountable for demonstrating Leadership Principles through our actions every day.
Our Leadership Principles describe how CDA Group Australia does business, how leaders lead, and how we keep the clients/community at the centre of our decisions.
Our unique CDA Group culture, described by our Leadership Principles, helps us relentlessly pursue our mission of being the company that everyone wants to work at.
We’re committed to embedding sustainability into the way we do business by working with our suppliers, partners and customers across key areas of our business that include ethical trade and environmental standards in the supply chain with waste reduction and reuse / recycle applications throughout a product’s lifecycle.
Whether it’s working together with commercial builders on apartment blocks, or undertaking civil works for the government, by coordinating with the builder as a team, we listen, plan, execute and deliver a quality product every time on time.

Sustainability

In September 2021, we at CDA Group Australia announced our new sustainability targets, including a commitment to decarbonise our own operations by 2035 and achieve equal numbers of men and women among our staff.
The decarbonisation target, which will also see us develop a plan to tackle emissions before 2050, is aligned with the latest climate science and the most aspirational goal of The Paris Agreement – to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
These new goals are critical to our mission to be the recognised leader on the Central Coast & Hunter Region for innovation and excellence, we now have financial incentives for our teams to accelerate our work on carbon reduction, divert waste from landfill and help us employ more women in senior project delivery and site-based roles throughout CDA Group Australia, this is our commitment to our community, to Australia and to our future generations.

“As a family-owned business, we have long been focused on delivering lasting benefits to our clients, our people, and the communities our projects serve. The construction industry has some difficult challenges to overcome, most notably that of reducing our carbon footprint across the sector and recycling products. But I know our people have the commitment to make a difference and the experience to work with others, including our clients and partners, to deliver the progress that is required and we are here to make sure we get it done right the first time.”
